Barcelona, Spain
Maria Emilia, 22
Student, Jewelry designer
- I'm very proudly Spanish. With other roots from Ecuador and Italy, between those three traditions I mostly associate with my Spanish side. I'm currently working on a collection for my jewelry brand , Aurea, and I want to incorporate as many elements of Spanish culture, fashion and architecture in my final product. I love walking around my city looking for visual research.
Maria, how do you incorporate your culture into your every day style & lifestyle?

Liz, 19
Model, Dancer
Liz, originally coming from a different culture, what's the main difference you've noticed during your assimilation?
Barcelona, Spain
- Kyiv and Barcelona are two entirely different places. It was sorrowful leaving home, but I gained a new one. Spain welcomed me with open arms. I would like to know as much about this country as possible.

Madrid, Spain

Bia, would you say where you come from/live has affected your artistic journey?

Bia, 24
Artist, Graphic designer & Photographer
- Growing up all over the planet, I have always tried to capture as many different memories and traditions as possible. I chose Spain for work because I truly believed that Madrid will allow me to grow as an artist. I wasn't mistaken. I'm learning something new every day and I love capturing it on my camera. I went to a flamenco class for the first time in my life last week and as a person that lives in pants I have never felt more comfortable in a skirt in my life.
